Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return's

  • Products may be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused, unopened and with its own original packing.
    • Along with any freebies or combos.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
  • For clinical products, sterile items and consumables (e.g., medicaments, composites, bonding agents) are non-returnable once opened, due to safety and hygiene regulations.

2. Non-returnable Products:

  • Products not in guarantee or surpasses the ideal time of return - 10 Days.
  • Expired or short-dated products sold at discount.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
  • Equipments: Dental Chairs, Dental Compressors, UV chambers and Autoclaves, X-beam Units, RVG sensor machine, Model Trimmers, OPG and CBCT machines, Apex locators and Endomotors, Ultrasonic Cleaners and Scalers, Micromotors, Implant Motors/Physiodispenser, Bleaching Light and light fix units, Amalgamator.
  • Tooth creme or mousse, MRC/Orthodontic mentors, Water Flossers, Chin Caps, headgear, face veil or other myofunctional apparatuses.

3. Return Process:

  • Contact Dontistbay Customer Support at helpdesk@dontistbay.com within the return window.
  • Provide order details and reason for return.
  • Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  • Ship the product back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available if issue is due to Dontistbay's error.
  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
  • Shipping fees, Tarrif or any other charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Dontistbay's error.

6. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

7. International Returns:

  • Customers outside the India may be subject to additional shipping and customs fees. (Please contact helpdesk@dontistbay.com for help.)
  • Refunds will exclude duties, taxes, or import fees paid at the time of delivery.
