Return & Refund Policy
Return of items are only eligible if the following terms are met.
- Item must be return with in 7 days after buyer had received it.
- Refund is only done via Paypal so buyer must have a valid PayPal account and must purchase item via our PayPal account.
- Courier charges or any other charges included to return items to us Soul Dental Solutions will be paid by buyer.
- Return or Refund is only eligible if buyer does not get the item he/she ordered, in other case if the item recieved is damaged.
- Return or Refund is not eligible if buyer does not like the item he/she orderd. This is not Wal-mart.
- Buyer cant ask for refund if he/she had did not paid for customs duty accordingly to their country rules & regulations. In Price customs duty is not included and is buyers responsibility.
- Buyer cant ask for refund if he/she has already got the item. We have POD (Proof of Delivery) cant fool us.
